Kam half shafts

Hi all.

Got a problem with the new kam half shafts fitting to the front axle.

There is a Ashcroft air locker been fitted too.

The problem is....

The shafts have been bushed and fitted to the instructions. And the cv too.
When the stub shaft and the stub axle are fitted to the axle, when rotated there is a tight spot that locks the shafts. The stub axle has been rotated 180 but still no joy.(this was to check if it was bent)

All ideas are very welcome

how did you fit the bushes

The one in the stub axle was pressed in to make sure it was square And the overs are placed on places on the shaft.
