get a very good warrentee. Warrentee direct, get top cover they wiull give you and budge £2000
for the first year maint'.

There seems to be a lot of smallprint with warranty direct....Do you have to have it serviced by a main stealer or will a specialist suffice????

Has anyone any experience with The AA Repairs and Garage plan or any other warranty company?

Thanks in advance

Mike

you can choose main dealer or non-dealer when taking out policy.
Small print...that why you must only take the highest cover they can supply...

I don't know any British car that does not fail at some point in time ;-) Sorry for this basic trolling !

While spent quite a lot on fixing my P38, I can tell you that it is no way worse than Aston Martin... I never had in my career an Aston Martin press car in Japan that did not failed me once during my week long trial! The worse case I had was with a DBS, I had to give it back 3 time to Aston Japan to fix it before giving up to shoot any video of it.

Still, I am really angry at my P38 lately but I love it so much at the same time... So congratulation for your purchase, but I hope you will more lucking that some of us are!

I have never bought an additional warranty - the prices are ridiculous - live with the risk and keep your fingers crossed - you will probably be lucky - there is nothing worse than forking out £2k and then nothing going wrong or if it does then it not being covered in the policy.

Hi

I have just bought a 2005 55 plate Rangerover Sport 2.7 HSE with 52,000 miles on the clock and gave £18250 for it from e reputable dealer.

I did some research before taking the plunge and have seen mixed reviews on reliability.

Basically I have bought it to keep my kids safe whilst on the road and now I am reading about electrical faults where the car can just die whilst doing 70mph in the fast lane amongst several other major faults!!!!!

Are there any common faults that I am pretty much guaranteed to come across?

Can anyone reassure me that I havent bought a death trap that is going to be in the garage al the time??

Many thanks

Mike
Your children wont be very safe standing on hard shoulder because your French engine has gone bang
