I am ply lining the arches and floor in my 110 and I'm putting camping mats underneath. My conundrum is, do I stick it all together with some kinda contact adhesive or do I drill through the floor and arches and bolt it with big washers underneath? I'd get countersunk or low flat (penny?) bolts so they arnt too in the way.
I don't kno wether drilling through will introduce more water into it!
Cheers!

If it's going to get wet regularly i would use bolts so you can remove it to dry. You could just drill a normal hole through, then a bigger hole part way through, then use normal bolts and the heads will sit level with the face of the ply. I would advise using marine grade ply for an extra fiver as it will stand up to water a lot better. Also closed cell camping mats won't absorb water unlike open cell versions. :D

Check to both of them, got marine ply and closed cell ;-) I don't plan on doing much wading, but I did notice the floor was getting damp by the rear door under the ****ty carpet that was down. I'm leaning towards bolts too.. Big gob of sealan on each nut so they don't rust together! And if I need to replace it's a bolt off bolt in job! Cheers fella

I would spray some wax over the washer where it is going to connect with the aluminum. If you dont its a perfect recipey for alli/steel corrosion.
Why not use stainless cheap enough from screwfix and toolstation

Yehh stainless is a good plan, Wollaston cause corrosion in the ally tho so abit if sealant/ waxoyl would be a good idea.

Just not keen on drilling holes in her! Haha

Picked up some zinc plated roofing bolts today and some zinc plated washers. Hopefuly will stand up to the uk weather!
