jumping out of low box

Any ideas why my'96 300tdi is jumping out of low box at the around possible moments?
Any help would be great before I get the spanners and FBH out.;)
 
Mine does it now and again if I stop moving whilst in low, not whilst moving, I just hold it in til I get moving :)
