Hi all,

Did the rear suspension allready and now about to start the front. Having a little issue about how to approach jacking up the front of the 90 so I can switch the springs, shocks, etc all out. I don't have a heavy winch bumper, just the standard one so I didn't think I should use my hi-lift on that. So any advice on how to jack it up, can I do one side at a time or both???

I was thinking pick up the axle and stick both sides on axle stands, then come around by where the radius arms fit with trolley jacks and pick the chassis up from there to lift the whole thing up, and maybe throw the high lift around front just for safety...

thanks

I jacked my front wheels, removed the wheel, used hi lift to lift front of car up and lowered axle jack.
If your hi lift has the extension piece it will fit into the front of the chassis leg where the rubber bung sits.

when I did mine last week I chocked the wheels at the opposite end I was working on, also had it in difflock and in gear - and for the front jacked up under the diff and got the axle stands under the chassis frames just behind the front outriggers, then moved the trolley jack to the chassis frame near the axle stands and inched them up level and kept going to each side slowly raising it and adjusting the axle stands to the height i wanted.
then used the trolley and another set of axle stands to adjust the height of the axle I was working on.
