Hi LandyZoners,

In the last weeks I discovered an issue. The body mounts of my 1982 V8 are shot, or almost. The two front ones got replaced with the inner wings. But what do I do with the others? Is it possible to replace them with completely lifting the body of and using common tools? Like not going to a garage? I thought of a high lift to get just enough clearance.

Any thoughts or experience?

Greetings,

Florian

2 on the front of bulk head wouldnt be too bad if engine was out the next 4 are part of inner sill and rear set are a common replacement all can be done with body on

Cool, thanks for the tips! A lot saver as well than my initial idea of using a high lift...

Luckily, the brackets are still solid. In that regard I'm blessed. Besides two or three smaller holes the rusty pest was only superficial.
