Hello,
First post so please be kind! Bought a Freelander Hse just over a year ago as I work in quite a rural place that gets mental in the winter. Before that I had always driven little hatchback type things and I always managed to get where I wanted to go, even in snow etc, but got a litle bit of money so decided to treat myself and avoid the buttock clenching drive to work in the winter! However, I really don't find my Freelander much if at all better than a normal car - in fact last winter was massively embarrassed to be unable to drive in a straight line without skidding everywhere while Fiestas and the like pootled past me!!
It passed MOT with no probs at all last month and has had health checks, new brakes and new tyres - is it me being crap and girly at driving (like the blokes at work would probably say as they bomb around in their Defenders) or could there be something horribly wrong with the freelander?
