I'm trying to do a deal on a defender. It's registered as a commercial vehicle and I hadn't really thought about the implications of insurance. I don't want the car for commercial use just personal.
My other car is on a classic car policy and I hoped to add it but unfortunately they wont add on cars younger than 20 years old. They did say they could offer me a second policy at £350 with 3k miles a year.
Are there any specialist insurers for land rovers that might be more competitive?
