Hi All.
Just removed the EGR valve to fit the blanking kit.
MY God how much sh1te was there! The inlet manifold is totally crudded up going by a finger wipe in the opening, must have been 1/2 cm in the opening. i know its not come from the intercooler side as the hose from the intercooler is clean.
I obviously need to remove the inlet manifold to give it a damn good clean out. Having looked at the position of the fasteners for the inlet manifold it seems need a double jointed spanner to get to some. I am hoping someone may have some advice or tips for getting the manifold off please?
Still shocked that a system could be put on an engine that cruds it up so much!
