Hello all.
Looking to change the two seals on the high pressure fuel regulator. In doing so I think I need to remove the Inlet manifold to gain access. I removed it a couple of years ago to fit a EGR blanking kit and clean out the the manifold changing the the gaskets at that point. My question is, are these re-usable? or do I need to replace them when doing this job. Just so I can source them before starting the task.
Any hints and tips welcome from Pals that have done this job before.

Easy to change, quite reusable but I would change it because they are not very expensive.
They rarely leak though...
 
Re-usable I have never renewed any of the seal to the manifold, and I change these manifolds on a regular basis for the R40 members doing two only last week, when you change the O-rings on the HPFP make sure you add the three O-rings not just two.

Once you have added the O-rings give then a smear with some diesel fuel before fitting.

The O rings appear to be a form of silicone rubber material, which doesn't hold a deformation, so are almost infinitely reusable.
