Injection pump question

Then tratter has developed a fuel drip when the engine is running from the cover the arrow is pointing at..

2.5td engine

Anyone any idea what's under that cover? :scratching_chin:

If I take it off to replace the gasket what else is likely to fall out? :scratching_chin:

plug is removed for pump timing pin,plug has o ring plate gasket

So does that mean I can just undo the 2 hex screws and the nut in the middle and replace the O ring?

Thanks very much for the speedy reply. I just had a vision of undoing the screws and loads of little parts spewing out and me crying...

I'll give it a go on Monday.

I take it the o ring is a rubber job
