Can you make the search supply the result posts with more text in them? Currently only get a few lines of each search item found. Would be nice to be able to read through more of the posts, as I work down the list.

Can something be done about this?

When I search for all posts by "hippo" with the word "solenoid" and "display result as posts" I get loads of search results come up but only the top 2 lines of each post display, in each search result. This is a bit annoying as you have to go into each post to see the rest of the post. If it's a post where hippo replied using the quote button then you get the first 2 lines of the quoted post, as opposed to hippo's reply, and that's it. If yer lucky you many get 3 lines. More often than not he posts long posts and it would be handy to be able to see more of them. Some forums have the option of allowing you to see the first 1000 or 2000 characters for each post result.

Can we change the search option so it displays more data in the result posts?

Something is being done, this had been brought up a few time and the only solution at the moment is to use the current search filters.
We are looking to move to newer forum software but it's not a quick change and it isn't cheap either.

Please stick with it for the time being, hopefully we will be moved this year
