Surely you could buy a tidy one for approx £5 to £10K and pay someone £20K to bring it up to concourse. But then again if someone would even consider paying £82K in the first place they ain't gonna miss it.

No typo I'm afraid. That's what they want.

Their concourse rebuild cost £72K - not sure what the other £10k is for.
I imagine every part was replaced with new or completely rebuilt which could easily cost more. It would be interesting to know just how much of the original vehicle is left.
Could you "build" a new 2 door from new parts and what would it cost to buy, assemble, spray etc. If you paid someone to do it it could easily hit these numbers surely.
