oh and olny one set, the ones in the pic..

If you bought a secondhand 'chip' (the bullet shaped bit) you can easily adapt it to work on yer vehicle. (as long as you can use a soldering iron).

Yer stuck with the remote though.

tbh the best bet would be to buy a replacement alarm and immobiliser and wire it in, in place of the one you already have.

What do you want to do? just get your vehicle running or get the alarm working properly?

How many sets of fobs and immobiliser chips do you have?

I likes chippies I does :p:p:p

sly fooker you aint ya... I saw what ya did there :D:D

ahh ok, but the bullet fob works, it turns the red blinking immobilier light out

Hence my previous question about the feed to the starter motor.

How far have you actually traced where power is getting to?

Have you checked the the ignition switch and ignition relay for power and/or continuity on all connections? When you checked the starter fly lead I'm taking it you did check that the lead was earth and then turning live when the ignition was turned to the crank position.

ive checked all of the connections on the starter motor and they were all good, so i figured that the ignition should be fine aswell.... :confused2:

It doesn't matter how good the conection is if power isn't traveling to the starter. You could have a fuse or relay gone down, You could have a broken cable, the ignition switch could have failed, the starter could be fecked. You need to check for power and continuity.
