How many teeth - any dentist in the house ?

Hi folks,

How do i find out which cam belt i need for my 2000 2.0L Diesel (L series), they have a 112 teeth or 114 teeth listed when ordering,

I've checked the manual but no mention of chassis number to identify etc,

any info much appreciated,

The only way to find out is to take the cover off and read the part number on the old belt, thats if you can still see it.

If you can't see it then you need to take the belt off and compare lengths.

No engine or chassis numbers will tell you which one you have.

best bet is to get both and take back the one you don't use.
