How many splines on TD5 rear diff?

Silly question but not with my motor and hoping to avoid getting dirty investigating.
Been offered a 24 spline Detroit locker for £50. Will it fit my 1998 TD5 rear axle?

Is it for a 90? In which case I assume the 24 spline model was the same all the way through from the days of the 300 TDi. The 110s changed at around chassis number prefix 2A so it would fit a later one but not an earlier one.

Yes should have mentioned its a TD5 90. I took a chance and grabbed it anyhow because I can always sell on if it don't fit. Been pestering the bloke for a few years as it sat in his shed new and unused. Going to fit it next weekend assuming all is well.

Thanks James. Thought that was the case but not sure at the time I was offered the locker. Got it anyhow as £50 was a bargain all day long. Would be able to sell on if it didn't fit. Fiting scheduled for next weekend. Watch this space.
