Are some better than others?

Has taken my wolf's around 18 months to start to look tatty around the nuts despite loads-a copperslip on the studs and now the rim edges are going. (I guess running through mud etc scratches the paint and off they go. Possibly if they were powder coated they would be better but the real answer is don't go off-road/allow anything to scratch the paint.

The spare still looks good :)

how long is a piece of string?

If you can tell me how long this piece of string I have in my pocket is I'll answer yer question.

Are these different bits of string, or are you both talking about the same piece of string:confused::confused:

Either way, the answer to your question is........... Twice the length from one end to the middle......... simples :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

As soon as the paint is scratched off and the metal is exposed to oxygen, the steel will react with the oxygen in an oxidation reaction and rust will start to appear.

I would love Wolfs, but can't get hold of them easily in NZ and very expensive!

Am just about to get new tyres and will be changing my nasty 15" eight spoke white steel wheels for some proper Defender steelies (in black, naturally). :)
