Nice video jai, shame it's just the easy bit at the top.

I still have to convert some more tonight one bit I swore so it will need editing. when we dropped off one of the cliffs and then got thrown forwards when my front wheels hit some big rocks that stopped me dead and needed a bit more encouragement and thinking to get over Jai

That looked like fun! Glad I didn't drive that one though, I think the Rangie would have got hooked up on it's sills/chassis/axles.

Hi there.... Yes i got back fine, in fact it was a really smoooth ride home. Ordered my new donut as soon as I got home. Thanks to those who convinced me to remove it. Looking at the state of it once removed was enough to realise the correct decision had been made. Running in 2wd ain't too bad, it made me realise that the donut must have been well on the way to destruction before I set off on Saturday morning.

I've got to try and transfer my pics and video now. A good weekend people, see you on wednesday.

That's the lane leading to (or from) the top of High, Taddington and Monsall Dales, just round the corner and down the lane from where I normally stay!

They had an issue a few years back where feckin' nutters were tearing up and down so local council put it up, and also why there are so many gates on that section!

First time we went up there the kids were playing on the lane with a big bucket full of frogs ... and wanted to give Juliet (the wife) a frog to take home!!

I use Windows movie maker, Alas I need to convert from MP4 to Mpeg and the converter I use is limited to a very small size unless you pay an absolute fortune. Any Ideas what programs I can use for Free?? Jai

second video shows the tricky stuff much better. I suppose you've got the one of me cross axled at the easiest bit at the bottom too.

jai i shall ask about a good free converter at work, we're converting stuff all the time and im sure someone will point in the right direction.
