have a goodun guys, i will also leave this one, my 110''s diffs are shall we say on the tired side, and my series is in an advanced state of disassembly

picking up my new series on tuesday though :D

Cheers Jai, you need to get your motor sorted!!

I do indeed! Things latley are a bit hectic. Plus lack of enthusiasm since the nights have drawn in. That will change tho I think from now on Im staying away from the deep water and muddy stuff in my 90. (yea Right) but I need to keep it more roady now.

jai same boat as i am in with the 110 - keeping the 110 as more of a greenlaner and road worthy example, whilst working on an off road project.

looks like my 110 is gonna be getting a pair of recon diffs coz they were shagged, but after that if i dont quite thrash it like i did at pay and plays it should exhibit a curiously increased longevity - i hope!

All my 90 needs to be is legal, roadworthy and have some comfort whilst driving and camping in/on it. Then it needs to be a good tow vehicle for the (as, and when project) needs to be towed to and from events. The main idea is to keep it comfortable and capable especially for laying out comps and marshalling/recovery work that it has done a sterling job of latley with people going off piste greenlaning and at more so at comps. towing a 'dead' car back to pits when needed is really handy.

It will get treated to a new set of axles front and back with 4.7 ratio this will improve the high range and low range no end. to add it will also be great for towing gearing wise.

Well, we had a very pleasant trundle round, a couple of nice easy lanes then fords at Redbourne and Batford; they weren't that deep considering the weather.

Still something not right on the front end of the Rangie though, had an isolated wobble of death. Will need to check swivels again and possibly steering box backlash. Most irritating!!

hi all,hows everyone doing.
im planning on going to whaddon on the 13th of dec for a play in the mud, does anyone else fancy coming along for a few hours/day.

Hi, look forward to catching up with everyone at the next pub meet, been really busy and haven't had the chance to get out much.

yea, i cant really sell me claws right now beaker, i would but i got no cash for the replacements right now, they are pricey as ****! and im already gonna be splashing out on the 110 diffs in the next week

yea i am up for it, but i will be passenger / photographer this time im afraid! my 110 is with kris, and there isnt a cats chance in hell the series is going to get muddy at whaddon! that will stay in the carpark!

Carpy have you sourced a new salisbury axle? If you are going that route, let me know I may go halfs if its a disk braked axle that the calipers bolt onto the stub axle flange as i need the hubs and calipers. The diff is of no onterest to me so
