It puts a hell of a lot of stress on the drive train.

yeh coz it locks both front and rear props inc all 4 wheels right which i thought it would make h b turning impossible

I still think putting a Defna on its roof is a better laugh.

nooo only locks the rear axle, centre diff will allow the front prop to continue turning independently unless u got it in diff lock

Dont see the point really if he wants do that buy a corsa or a skateboard. If he wants to be a hero do that with a combine or a oil taker ship

Its on a cinder drive , try it on a hard grippy surface and you'll get a whole different outcome

Once watched someone try and do a HB turn in a 90 with difflocks in at an off road site. Every panel was dented and the bulkhead was a right off, but was just about still driveable...

if yer get a series landy in 2wd on a snow covered tarmac road, you can get them sliding sideways , very nicely. after a bit of practice you can go bowling up towards the junction, turn the wheel quickly in the direction yer wanna go then apply some opposite lock. the landy then slides sideway along the road and if yer reet good you can have the power applied so that when you are opposite the turning, you start to pick up forward momentum and carry on along yer chosen route.
quiet army barracks on a sunday afternoon is a good place to practice this.

course if yer do it through the week you'll hear calls of ' mad bastard', ****ing lunatic' and 'yer orf yer ****ing heid'
