Code is quite likely different, you could try 1515. Could also be door lock micro switches, do you get a response from the indicators when you try the EKA code? PM Mozz, he can often help.
Can be sorted with diagnostics.

when i first turn the key to the locked position the indicators flash and the led flashes faster but when i start the locking sequence no indicators flash at all and im sure from a long while ago the indicators should flash with every right sequence i think

Indicators normally flash but settings can be changed in the BECM.
Are you sure you have the sequence right?

its the one i used before but like i say i had the bcem changed and i dont know if they keep the same number but ive noticed now that my passenger door doesnt open from the inside or outside it appears the latch isnt catching the lock so it just slides up and down freely with no resistance could this be the problem ?

Really not sure how that would affect it, sounds like the link has come off. Look at RAVE for details of the mechanism.
