help setting up high and low on transfer box

hi having a bit of trouble setting up the high and low on the transfer box, all it does is just jump back out nomatter where i set the linkage up. also i am strugling to get a clutch after replacing it, i have also replaced the slave, master cylinder and damper but cant get a decent pedal.

pedal will take time ,leave wieght on pedal over night,how are you adjusting it ,on the splines or adjuster nuts near t/box

hi im adjusting it on the splines, is there a way to adjust it on the nuts. it will engage high/low then just pops back out then you let go

it pops out of both ?in that you have enough movement both ways on lever but cant fully select either,all bushes in linkage there,can you select either by using molegrips on lever coming out of transfer box ,you are turning one prop to align dog clutch to engage properly

That's a new one on me guru

yes pops out of both was working fine until replaced the clutch, all bushes are there not tried turning one prop to align the dog clutch.

But explain please.

feels like its selecting all high/low on t/box now, will wedge the jack handle so its slightly depressing the clutch pedal overnight and try it in the morning.
