i am at last having some progress with my wireing problem only to find the theivin little c**ts have trashed my engine so can anybody tell me if a 300tdi will go strait into a f reg ???

I have an F-reg 1989 90 with a disco 300tdi in. Fits easily. 
Livin in Pool what did yer expect? What did they nick as I would have thought the wiring was pretty low value?
