No I mean each front caliper has 3 bleed nipples, one is bled first and then the remaining two are bled together through a T piece

This could be his problem.

Some of u know what y u mean Mr N :D

My RRc has three nipples on each of front calipers all standard stuff then as now with early D1s.
The two rear nipples on the caliper are bled as one and the slightly larger one on it's own.
As u rightly say all the info is in the workshop manuals.

It Is a non abs model yes. And regarding the front calipers they are the twin hose type so therefore ha e the 3 bleed nipples. I think it is bottom 2 together then the top one on its own.

Silly question but where did you source these hoses from? Assuming they are stainless steel braided? Is it possible the internal tube is swelling under pressure?

All sorted. Got it on my mates lift the other day changed master cylinder and gave full system a good bleed. Brakes are now the best they have ever been. Happy days
