I've replaced my brake master cylinder tonight and after being hopeful my brakes would be sorted they're now even worse than before. Despite bleeding 3 times including cracking the brake pipe unions at the master cylinder (with no air coming out anywhere anyway) I've got basically no brakes whatsoever and the pedals going to the floor. I'm not losing any fluid, all flexis were changed to the steel braided type and all brake lines are new; I also replaced the servo about august last year. The pushrod within the servo is definitely making contact with the piston but still nothing. Any ideas?

Have you checked the amount of free play the pushrod to master has? It is only a very small amount but if too much no brakes. No freeplay and brakes will stick on some.
Yeah, it's supposed to be 0.5mm clearance which isn't exactly easy to work out but it's definitely making contact with the piston, I'll just need to try and find the correct length to adjust it to as there doesn't seem to be any set figure.
I'll give it a good bleed tonight incase there is still air trapped in the cylinder itself and see how it goes

Yea I know that it is hard to measure and do it just by feel.
The last time I replaced mines master I could not get it to bleed at all. Turned out the new master was gooie inside and at the first press piston stuck at the bottom though doubt it is your issue as fluid is going through.
My favored bleeding method is two short pumps at the pedal then starting at bleeder nearest the reservoir just open the nipple and wait until fluid runs clear of air [gravity bleeding] and then on to the next topping up reservoir each time one moves one.
