Yesterday morning, knee op. Leg's twice it's normal size, pain is under control with drugs and I'm home ...

Lovely nurses, made it much less stressful than it would be, and now I've got a few weeks off work to let it all settle down again and depends on how it goes hopefully I won't have to have another op ..

Thanks to TC, I'd love to come out laning, but can't drive for a while, certainly not a Landie clutch! .. but the offer of a passenger seat will be gratefully accepted, thanks!

I must have missed something elsewhere, but what op was it for.
reason I ask is i`m due (one day!) for a knee replacement,
went for 2nd revue last week,
but they say its a new hip first then new knee for me ffs!!!

glad to hear positive remarks mate, get into a full recovery mode soon eh..

A mate has had both knees replaced, they work well although he say's they clunk when moving

try greasing his u/j`s in his knees

not joking, I was asked if I wanted an injection to improve my knee the other day

trouble is I is fat/large/ok very large..
got to try and reduce my bulk, fook it!

anything with a joint on my "undercariage" swells & hurts during the day,
fine when i`m asleep tho`..
