Gurgle Noise

Hi I have another question regarding my td5.

Since the injector seals and o rings and a Egr kit with a silicone hose set has been fitted I get a gurgling noise when the ignition starts.

I havnt noticed it whilst driving but will keep a listen out.

I had the new seals and o rings done because of an ignition problem and loss of power eventually leading to losing power every 500 yards.

After the work was done problem solved, Ive since done about 1000 miles over two weeks and the ignition is not as good as when It came back from my mechanic.

Any help would be much appreciated.

if they didnt change the airbleed valve ,i would advise you to change it becuase it will be full of soot .
the fuel pump will also be covered in soot that can be cleaned up by removal from the tank

If the same problem that you paid to have fixed has come back, I would take it back to whoever you paid to fix it????

Yea thanks for that mate, my mechanic is coming to have a look at it but I like to try and learn and do some bits myself.

I can't find any obvious leaks but have noticed that the coolant level has dropped so ill top that up.

The heaters do not particularly seem to be hot but as this is my first disco I'm not sure if it's hot enough or not.
