Grinding noise after changing cv joint

Hi I'm a new member, i bought a freelander td4 and yesterday changed the outer cv joint and now there's a grinding noise, any ideas?
 
All sorted now, turns out the hub nut had came loose as I never locked it on , so nice cheap fix, thanks for your help and I'l make sure I post in the proper forums in future, still getting used to the site
