Green Laning Near Solihull

Anyone doing the green lanes this weekend? I would be interested as just picked up my first Defender after desining and supplying bits on thme for years.. Done a few minor lanes round Twycross but liked to look of the piccies at the start of the thread. Anyway let me know if/when and if anyone minds a newbie tagging along as dont want to just turn up at suggested meeting place and cause an issue with to big a group or anything

Just checking you're aware that Wood Lane near Barston is now under a permanent TRO and the ford on School Lane at Little Packington has had all highway rights extinguished?

We are aware.

I know that wood lane has been gated. What has happened about packington ford? has it had a gate put in?

I know its quite popular. The signage saying it was going to change kept getting removed at one point.

I understand the lane has been gated by the last property access going down to the ford, not been down to have a look since the highway was extinguished.

If you do come across any issues while your out would you mind keeping me informed please?

Car fueled and ready to go so anything that a newbie needs to bring?? dont want to cause any issues. As only hand the Defender 4 weeks not much equipemnt other than whats on it
