Great on Distance

I have only owned this landy just over a week. my last one was terrible on long journeys, but this one was great. Me and my fiance decided to take it out for a spin last night and we ended up travelling over 200 miles altogether. it didnt over heat which is always a bonus and it only used 1/4 tank of diesel.we ended up going to doncaster never coming within 10 miles of leeds..it was a great drive if you like country roads...Dont try without a sat nav if you cant read maps. ..and with the 6 CD changer..Metal and Classic rock all the way

Just remember 1/4 of a tank is probably more than 1/4. You will probably need to put 30 litres in to fill it right up again. saying that if you got anywhere close to 30mpg you did well. I got rid of the 6 cd stack as the cable from the head unit was playing up so I put a Sony Giga Mex Cd player with a removable front that works like a 1GB Mp3 so up to 500 classic rock tracks at my command. Its actually full of Pink Floyd at the moment. With a few Saxon tracks and Deep Purple thrown in for good measure.

yeah true..but it still runs a lot better than my last one ..that used to over heat after 50 miles.

The stereo or the landy?

lol. the landy..the stereo was the best thing bout it my dad owns that one now..its a great runner on short journeys and thats all he needs one for...so my loss was my dads gain

The only thing is now I have the new stereo I dont have the subs in the back door working and I do like my bass. I will have to get it sorted.

there is just one of mine that doesnt work..it just crackles constantly..doesnt sound nice at all..but the others drown that out
