Glove box and vanity mirror illumination

In keeping with my desire to complete the little jobs like the cupholder gas strut, the illumination in the glove box and vanity mirror doesn't work. The bulbs are ok.

Are the 2 connected does anyone know? I will try and figure it out in RAVE, but thought I'd ask first...

You're brave. You do know that if you get the vanity mirror illumination to work then the gearbox falls out. It's in the :rulez:
 
Fixed it. There was no power at all to the feed to it, so rather than try and trace the problem, I snipped the wires off and connected them to the feed of the cabin lights as per pic. It now works fine...
