Fuel squirting everywhere?

Hi guys, unfortunately my Disco TD5 (2002) was vandalised over the weekend. Scratched with a key over 4 panels clear as day as it's Java black :-(. Worse still they tried to nick my diesel, when (and only) the engine is running it's peeing out from above, The tank looks okay, same with the fuel filter but it seems to be gushing out from way above somewhere (just in front of the fuel filter). I daren't drive it anywhere at the moment due to this and on the 11th we're off to Ireland so it's gotta get sorted. Out with the Haynes of course but anyone have an idea of my first port of call to find out what's been cut tampered with?
