Fuel pump location

Hi all, i am relaively new on here and am hoping to pick someones knowledge I have a newly acquired l322 and it has decided to cut out on me today n wont fire up. It has recently had a noisy fuel pump, by sounds of things, for bout 10 secs on start up. Hav had diagnostic on tonight and they think its a fuel pump. The dash reads ' fuel injec system' fault. Can anyone tell me where the pump is located? and any other advice would be most greatly appreciated

i dont know for sure on the l322 , but on all of the range rovers i have had , the fuel pump is in the top of the fuel tank

Be careful!!

You don't say if this is petrol or diesel. There is a secondary fuel pump which I understand is known to give problems. Make sure you get both pumps checked.

Hi, sorry forgot to say its 3.0 td6. It sounded as if the noise was coming from the rear of the jeep on start up but i cant be 100% sure. Really appreciate the replies and any other help anyone can cast on this ...
