Just went beneath the Landy and saw my wonderful Britpart Blue Polybushs on the front radius arm have cracked.

Don't think its worth buying poly bushes anymore as they do not last. I want to get a full set of bushes for my 1990 110 defender for the front radius arms. Where can I get the original OEM rubber ones. Any part numbers will be great. I need both the front and back bushes!

I think it's the britpart ones mate they are really poor quality if ur going to spend money on original bushes it might be worth going for better quality poly bushes but if your really set on buying genuine any land rover garage should be able to get them you

as above ,how long have they been on ? but std genuine bushes are avaiable at most lr spares place ,but wouldnt go to a dealer because of price but for a 1990 def front axle to arm ntc7307 x 4 ,front arm to chassis nrc4514 x 4, if you put g on end of number that will mean you get genuine and not pattern

I have yellow Poly ones on mine. Got them from Paddocks. They have been on two years and done 20.000 miles now and are fine. They have been used for off roading, green lanes and wading. I recently changed the front axle which came with almost new LR rubber bushes. I put the poly ones in as they were in very good nick.

A few of the comp guys used yellow ones and it ripped off chassis mounts. Seriously hard compound. I've used Blue soft compound and they lasted 3 months before they were scrap oval'd the holes. I will never fit poly again UNLESS Genuine polybushes and std compound for a road motor. POLY Easy if you havent got access to a press way of changing them but the ones I had were crap! Genuine is the way to go. Genuine will last me a couple of years before they split. Britpart ones I use now as they are cheap but they only last a year. I re-bush radius arms every year as part of a mega service I go through the whole mechanics just once every year as a treat and to say sorry to the poor thing for all the abuse it got during that year.

I've got orange ProFlex bushes and they are still good after nearly three years. Did not notice any real difference between them and OEM but they are real easy to fit as no press required.

I have them :)
Can't comment on how long they last as they have only been in a few months, look like new still thou.
