Freelander won't go past 70mph

Hi, I'm new on here could anyone helps with my td4. I sold my 98 plate freelander (diesel) to buy a newer one and got a 2003 td4 but everytime I get near 70mph I suddenly lose power as if the turbo stops working. I'e read it could be the solenoid vac so I've replaced that. Still same I've just fitted a new fuel filter and pump on as it failed on me the other day but still have no idea. Can anyone help?

That will teach you for getting rid of the L Series

Lol true. I will give the test a go with pipe one pulled see if my other solenoid is fubar to. Will update you once I can do the test

Thanks. I will have to try the test out with pipe 1 when I can later and let you know. Thanks. And thanks everyone will update later
