Freelander 1 crank no start

Can anyone help me out I purchased a Freelander 1 diesel 55 plate as a none runner with a leaking high pressure pump a while back finally attempted to repair took pump off use tool to push out pump locked fly wheel with bolt I think it moved a couple of MLS when pump removed not sure if I've messed timing up any got a kit seal attempted strip down myself strip some of nut heads got new ones it was a lot of messing decided to do myself because of pf Jones were quoting £300 so I done it myself over a period of time finally got to put in car built everything up full sure it would be repaired but on completion it turns no start fuel is going to lines on low pressure side to injectors when cranking checked fuel line at back of pump for fuel movement when cranking and fuel is there when nut undone took airbox off to expose inlet and outlet ports there is spray coming out on crank and there is live to the injectors it's dissapointing all that messing and still not running my suspicions are ive messed timing up or ive not done seals properly or the pump is nit giving out enough pressure has anyone any ideas ?
