yes was like that when I got it, was only discovered through help on here

at least we are making progress, apologies as i thought it was a pipe u had removed on the turbo solenoid , didn't release the other end was connected to the ird breather

i bet when i remove the egr valve it's going to be chocked up

when i removed the old vaccum pipe did u notice any oil in it plse

don't worry though , can go through it bit by bit

Was there any oil on the old vac pipe, I didn't notice but I still have it.. kept all the old pipes

I wouldn't have known if the other end of the pipe that was connected to the solenoid was in the right place or not.. I only learned that it shouldn't have been through here, I think it was Nodge that educated me on that.

View attachment 130983 that's how it was since I got it about 3 weeks ago

who the hell did that , trouble is don't know how long it's been like that , but it is what it is , just need to put it right

getting it all taken apart next week will be a blessing , one thing that i'm low on and if ur able to get is some rags please ,will need them to clean some parts up etc

lol in the last week ive learned what vacuum hoses are, where before this week if someone asked I would have said they are connected to a hoover.

Ok any particular type of rags, if you have an ebay link I will purchase them.

any old towels etc please , can see this being a messy job , lol

trouble is regardless of what's even done there's no point worrying as we can't change that , but next week can go through it all

i've got a very good idea now what i'm dealing with and think u will pick up a lot of knowledge , ;):D

I'm so looking forward to it honest. Do you think I shouldn't drive the hippo in the meantime. Don't want to cause any further problems?
