Freelander 2 slight vibrations at front at 50-65 mph

Saw this ad for a freelander 2

Im after a local runabout to possibly replace a frelander 1 to carry the dogs to the beach , pick stuff up for the horse and get me to the golf course, i doubt the car would go over 50 frequently as we drive slowly if dogs are onboard

Anyone got any ideas on what the problem is, how expensive it would be to fix, or any questions worth asking them
