freelander 2 2007,recently purchased for my wife(i run a defender90) its been
absolutely fine up till now all of a sudden its been a bit erratic on this button start up system it has, (very carlos fandango!!) compared to what i'm used to anyway, battery is fine had it tested , you jump in put key in
press the clutch down and hold down then press the start button normally
it starts cranking in seconds!! but at the moment it just sits and sulks and
nothing!! when its cold it does say in the manual it may take a little longer
for the glow plugs to do there bit, but its even had the AA out now as she
got stranded due to it not wanting to know! i'm a tad puzzled and waiting for better weather before crawling around underneath to check connections etc.
is this a common problem??? has any one had a similar experience and if yes was it an easy fix
