Freelander 2 2010 Satnav

anybody replaced the factory fitted satnav for a combined unit which runs android.

It's been asked before, but can't remember the outcome. Just keep in mind that the factory unit is integrated into the vehicles electronics, so removing it will stop the PDC system from working, the dash clock will stop telling the time, and probably a whole lot of other stuff that's not immediately obvious will stop working too.
