Freelander 2 2007 Rear Driver Door internals Broken

Hi,

Does anybody have instructions or a vid on how to repair the rear drivers door internal mechanism. Mrs jumped in my car forgetting about the double lock, pulled too hard and now door won't open unless from the inside. Can find plenty about the front doors but nothing pops up for rear.
I've taken the panel off but from there not sure how much more needs to be removed, I reckon its window and everything else but just want to make sure before I jump in.
