It's got a hollow sounding knock from passenger side when putting load on and off and makes a sort of throaty roar when vibrating

did you check your mounting as sergested
is your front engine damper ok

I've had it in 2 garages and both say mountings look fine but there's still a sort of hollow knock coming from passenger wheel area when putting load on and off ie changing gear

engine/gbox mount. or a suspension bush.

I was thinking the gearbox mount been quoted £250 just for the mount

Ok so I have just decided to put the rear prop back on to see if it would help pinpoint the vibration but when I tried to drive it it felt like it didn't want to move and the gearbox felt like it was vibrating with resistance so I've took the prop back off
