Freelander 1 Canbus

Apologies if this is a stupid question. Does the Freelander 1 have a Canbus? I have read threads that suggest it does and some that suggest that it doesn't. I am thinking of fitting an Android head unit and they mention Canbus to use some of the features. Many Thanks

Look for a yellow and green wire coiled together can high can low , if your testing feeds, it doesn’t run 12v I would suspect it does as most modern cars have a bus system But it’s not to be played with or Ul have all sorts of corrupt signals in the circuit

Thank you for the reply. So I assume you're suggesting that it does have a Canbus? Where do I find the yellow and green wires, do I need to find them? I don't intend to do anything with the Canbus. I'm guessing that the Android head unit just uses it if it's there. Am I right in thinking that the Canbus is just a way for various things to communicate with one another?
