I have an intermittent on the D2. I only notice loss of indicators and hazards at the same time.
When they are not working a small flashing rectangle type sign comes up in the bottom left corner of the LCD displaying the trip and total miles.
Handbook says nothing !
Nobody spoken to yet seen this sign on the dash.
I thought relay but the indicators and hazards have a separate relay I think so not likely.
As I drive it is intermittent so probably a poor connection...but where to start and what is the flashing emblem telling me.

If it's like the attachment for your symptom the first suspect is the interior fusebox(IDM) but can be the BCU too, it can have a huge variety of symptoms and you must fix it ASAP cos it can become worst and end up immobilised, plenty of info about it: https://www.landyzone.co.uk/search/1514660/?q=crossed+b&c[users]=sierrafery&o=relevance
Thanks sierrafery. It is indeed that sign and very intermittent. Went out today not working, came back fine. I will look at your link to see where to start.

the first step woud be to replace the interior fusebox to rule it out cos it doesnt need programming, good used ones are not expensive, you need one from same modell(facelift or not), the only important thing is to disconnect the battery first then after replacement and battery reconnection put ignition on II and leave it so 5 minutes for digital data comms reestablishment with the BCU

Thanks, I may first try cleaning up all connections.....I did in the past have water leaks down both sides of the bulkhead. This problem has manifested after it was left standing for 4 weeks after the mot and weather is so damp and minging the truck is very condensed inside. Then as you say if that fails....I will go for fusebox replacement.
I do recall a couple of years ago after repairing the passenger side bulkhead we did knock all the plugs/wiring about having to heat shield them and we had a few issues with all sorts of lights coming on until I fiddled with all the sockets so perhaps the water ingress at the time and poking about has manifested as another issue later!

So I have looked at both fuse box and the BCU...wiggled all plugs and see no sign of water/corrosion though she has been a bit damp in past few weeks in rubbish weather and lack of use!
The fault remains intermittent, so fuse box replacement is fist call.
The plugs look horrid to get to on the rear of it!! small childs hands needed I think as it does not hang out far enough on the loom!
Do I just buy a used one and hope for the best....or can I see the issues on them?

I'd go for a good SH one to be 100% ruled out cos it can have invisible problems between the pcbs, unless you open it and see obvious corrosion and the pcb is not hurt bad... after you remove the retaining nut pull it as much as the wiring permits and start unplugging from one side... the more connectors you unplug the easyer it becomes, not as hard as it seems

Thank, on the hunt for a fuse box now!
