Flashing of green dashboard lights

I have discovery 2 (2004), I got green lights flashing in dashboard (m) and (s), I already changed battery but still show on dashboard.
Please any suggestions for this problem?
I uploaded video of the problem

Do they flash when turning left or right by any chance?

The green lights are (m) and (s)..which for the transmission. The transmission is automatic one. The green lights show up when I use the car more than 15 minutes but when the engine and gear is cool there no green lights
