FL2 driver seat worn out

Dear all
I've just bought a 07 gs with 114k on the clock. It's in fairly good nick except for the really uncomfortable drivers seat. On the right hand side it's really worn out with all the getting in and out.

Is there anything I can do to remedy this or is it a case of searching a breakers yard or eBay for a replacement? Is taking out the seat and replacing an easy job?

Also the door fabric is a little dirty, anyone recommend a cleaning product or process?

There was an article in LRO a while back about seat bolster/padding replacement, the article showed a step by step but also had contact details for the company that did the job.
Think it was about £150-£200 for the job, but at least someone was doing it. If i find the article again, i'll post it here.

Look out for your nearest car trimmers, it won't be that dear, and they can bolster it to suit your shape if necessary
