Hello,
A small hole around on the front surface of my bulkhead turned into a gaping wizards sleeve after I poked around it with a screw driver earlier on. I also found at least another two holes, one of which was big enough to fir the end of my thumb through. I have sanded the surface down and got it back so solid metal and then bridged the holes (and filled them) with some isopon (fibre glass resin). I will be sanding it don and painting it tomorrow. Is this a good enough fix for an aera that isn't so much structural but more cosmetic? I do feel like it's a bit of a botch but then again, should it actually be okay? I know that there are alternative options such as bulkhead corner repair panels etc.
Cheers
