It sounds like either split turbo hose, blocked air filter or fecked egr valve.

Get somebody to rev the engine for you. Can you hear the turbo whistleing? Check the air filter. If it's clean then put it back in. If it's very dirty replace it with a new one. Feel and listen all along the turbo pipes. Can you hear a hissing sound or feel an air leak like you have a puncture? If no can you feel the rubber pipes expanding and contracting as the turbo cuts in and out? Egr valve. Get shot of it. get one of these egr removal kits.

right just gave it a blast and found an empty road and revved it upto just under 5000rpm which seemed like the limit !
Got back and the top hose from the intercooler to the injectors had sucked in to the point it looked like a couple of pringles stuck together ! Reccon thats it ? I took out the air filter so thats not restricting it.:attention:
