Fan assembly pulley

While tensioning my aux belt today I noticed quite alot of play in the pulley that the fan assembly bolts onto.

Is this something to be worried about imminently ? Easy enough to change/ special tools ?

Shouldn't be any play if it's a non-viscous fan- check the fan bolts are tight.

If viscous then could the coupling be shot?

It's non viscous I presume as its very hard to move !
