Faint Groaning noise

I have a slight creaking and groaning noise when reversing or going forwards on full lock. Car drives perfectly and no tightness or scrubbing at all.

Did the wheel up vcu test and it passed.

Anybody have this problem?

What should I look at first?

Trust me you use enough, took me a week before i felt right
